That’s why we’ve built our leave policies to support real balance. You’re not just here to work. You’ve got a life—family, friends, health—and we want you to have the time and headspace to show up for all of it.

 

So take your breaks. Use your leave. Look after yourself, not just the job. We’ll all be better for it.

We actively encourage everyone at Stile to take time off throughout the year—not just for holidays, but to genuinely rest and recharge. A healthy work-life balance isn’t a nice idea. It’s how we stay good at what we do.

At a minimum, we follow all the requirements set by Fair Work Australia and relevant state legislation in the US. In many cases, we go further—because ticking the legal box isn’t the same as taking care of people.

Stile HQ is located at 136 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Australia, on the traditional lands of the Boon Wurrung and Woiwurrung (Wurundjeri) peoples of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. 

 

Stile’s US office is located on the land we now call Portland, Oregon. We recognize and honor the Indigenous peoples on whose ancestral lands we live and work. These include the Willamette Tumwater, Clackamas, Kathlamet, Molalla, Multnomah and Watlala Chinook Peoples and the Tualatin Kalapuya who today are part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, and many other Indigenous communities who made their homes along the Columbia River.
